HOW TO USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE

The gift certificate can only be used by the client who has been registered to the online shop. Every single customer has its own personal account. When they move to their account there are several categories, and one of them is called “My Gift Certificates”. In this section customer’s can discover which certificate is valid for them and what capabilities it has.

• -It is significant to be mentioned that the Gift Certificate CANNOT be used in a piece of jewelry that has already a discount.
• -In case you have already applied your Gift Certificate once, then it will not be valid for a second use.
• -If you have not used the Gift Certificate according to its valid period, it will be expired, and it will no longer be validated for utility.

CATEGORIES OF THE GIFT CERTICATES

There are three types of Gift Certificates, which are the following:

Brand Gift Certificates: A Gift Certificate that refers to an exclusive Brand.

Category Gift Certificate: A Gift Certificate that indicates a particular brand category.

Gift Certificate for the entire order: A Gift Certificate that is referred to every piece of jewelry that is included in the e-shop.
